Full-time licensed or registered associate LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC needed to join a multidisciplinary team in a secure residential setting.
Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based individual, group, and milieu therapy to a caseload of 8 clients. Assist clients in transitioning from higher levels of care to community outpatient treatment, mainly using CBT and DBT techniques. Develop individualized service plans, collaborate with staff, and prepare reports for court reviews. Work Monday-Friday, with flexible schedules possible, in Novato, CA. Requires a master’s degree and valid licensure or registration; experience with mental illness and forensic settings preferred. Salary ranges from $83,000 to $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
