Job Description

We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide specialized care for patients with complex wounds.


  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed
  • Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on wound care advancements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives


    • Qualifications: Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, current Ohio license, preferred wound care certification, strong knowledge of anatomy, geriatrics, and infection control, with outpatient experience desirable.


    Benefits: Flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off. Job can be full or part-time, with a pay range of $60,000 – $140,000 annually.
