Seeking a qualified MD in Anesthesiology for a locum position in Newark, DE. The role involves CVICU coverage every other week, with shifts from 7am to 7pm including pager duties. Responsibilities include managing 3-4 cardiac surgery cases daily, emergent ECMO, and procedures like bronchoscopy and swan management. Candidate must have TEE, ACLS certification, and pacemaker experience, with ECMO, RVAD, and LVAD patient management required. Compensation is competitive, with paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24/7 support from a dedicated consultant. The assignment starts ASAP.
