Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical nursing services within Behavioral Health Services, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN licensure in New Mexico or Compact license, and current BLS certification.
Requires strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration and dealing with medical staff.
Must have at least 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience and 2 years in management.
Works under supervision of the Director, in a clean, ventilated environment, with flexibility for schedule changes and emergency response.
