*Overview: Mental Health Clinician – Masters Level (WISe)*
Quality Behavioral Health, a rapidly growing, multi-program, outpatient counseling center is looking to add an additional Mental Health Clinicians.
WISe is Wraparound Intensive Services, this is a voluntary, team-based approach to provide intensive behavioral health support for Medicaid-eligible youth, birth to 21, with complex behavioral needs. Using the wrap around model, WISe relies on the strengths of an entire team to provide individualized behavioral health services to help youth and families meet their needs and thrive in their homes and communities. Coordination between all partners and team members is essential to achieving positive outcomes.
The WISe Team Clinician will work as a part of the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) team to help implement mental health and wraparound services to youth and families. This position requires at least a Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field. This Clinician will be primarily responsible for ensuring clinical needs are met within the safety/crisis plan, translating team-based decision making and priorities into therapeutic goals, providing clinical judgement, providing individual and/or family therapy and completing clinical intakes for WISe specific clients. This includes an assessment, completing screening tools and assigning a diagnosis. Partnering with care coordinator and WISe team members to ensure a high quality WISe process is essential. Completing the WISe training in order to become a WISe certified provider is required.
*QBH also offers student loan forgiveness along with the required Supervision for new Masters degree graduates allowing them to work towards full licensure.*
