Job Description

Seeking a full-time Neurology Medical Director for outpatient care in Kent and Sussex Counties, DE.

Lead neurological evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Manage medications, perform injections, and guide patients and families in recovery.

No call or weekend duties, with flexible patient mix and coverage of two locations.

Supervise a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant and gain opportunities for advanced procedures and medico-legal work.

Qualifications: Board-certified neurologist, excellent communication skills, J1/H1 visa candidates encouraged, 2026 graduates welcome.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary starting at $350,000 with up to $50,000 incentives, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, CME, relocation, PTO, and visa sponsorship.
