Job Description

Licensed Counselor needed to provide addiction treatment to adult patients, including individual and group counseling, assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

  • Must hold a valid LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license or be under supervision with registration in Oklahoma.
  • Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, coordinating with community agencies, securing urinalysis samples, and maintaining confidential patient files in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in treatment teams, provide patient education, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
  • Requires mental alertness, attention to detail, and physical ability to perform occasional lifting and reaching tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license or ID is necessary. The role involves working Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
