In this role, you’ll

assess and manage patients’ mental health needs

,

prescribe medications under supervision

,

conduct evaluations and monitor progress

collaborate with nursing home staff

maintain accurate records

Qualifications include an active Nurse Practitioner license with at least 1 year of experience and strong communication skills. Psychiatry experience is preferred but not required.
