Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ mental health needs with medication management and therapy.

Collaborate with facility staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress.

Work closely with supervising psychiatrists to optimize treatment plans.

Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license, minimum 1-year experience, strong communication skills, and ability to commute to East Moline, IL. Experience in psychiatry is preferred but not required.
