Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our expanding clinical team.

Position Overview:

  • Provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and care planning in patients’ homes and care facilities within your assigned region.
  • Work independently to deliver evidence-based wound management tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to care facilities and homes for wound evaluations and follow-up care.
  • Develop and implement personalized wound care plans.
  • Perform procedures such as debridement and advanced dressing applications.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention and care.
  • Document care accurately in EHR systems, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate with healthcare partners for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay current with wound care best practices and protocols.
  • Maintain open communication with leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Current NP/PA license in Texas with board certification.
  • Preferred wound care certification and 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, communication, and documentation skills.
  • DEA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
