Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Plymouth, MA, and nearby areas.

  • Responsibilities include conducting patient exams, managing medication reconciliations, and performing annual wellness visits five days a week.
  • Provide diagnoses, order tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans for various health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records, educate patients and families, and promote overall health and disease prevention.
