Seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus to provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive, flexible environment located in Sioux City, IA.

  • Responsibilities include conducting initial psychosocial assessments, maintaining clinical documentation as per policies, and collaborating with team members.
  • Requires LMSW or provisional mental health license in Iowa; independent license preferred, with 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license; bilingual skills are a plus.
