Job Description

Occupational Therapists are patient-focused professionals dedicated to improving clients’ functional abilities to enhance their lives.

Responsibilities involve interpreting referrals, performing evaluations, developing treatment and discharge plans, delegating tasks, educating patients and families, maintaining documentation, and ensuring equipment safety.

Physical demands include lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions, with exposure to various environmental conditions, noise levels, and sensory requirements such as hearing alarms and focusing visually.

Employees must demonstrate safety, courtesy, effectiveness, and stewardship in their daily work.
