We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – LDRP in Rock Hill, SC to lead and oversee labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum units.

Supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies.

Coordinate patient care, manage staffing schedules, and facilitate communication among team members.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and clinical standards.

Provide mentorship, support staff development, and handle patient concerns.

Maintain accurate documentation and assist in emergency situations.
