Discover Recovery offers person-centered treatment in a safe environment for individuals battling addiction.
Performs initial interviews and assessments, and provides ongoing evaluation using bio-psychosocial data from clients, families, and referral sources.
Demonstrates current knowledge and skills in chemical dependency treatment, consulting with leadership and therapists as needed.
Possesses working knowledge of treatment modalities and works effectively with diverse populations.
Primary Therapist qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field, two years of therapy experience, and appropriate licensure (LMHP, LICSW, MFT). Licenses in Washington and Oregon are preferred.
Maintains confidentiality, adheres to drug-free policies, and demonstrates strong communication skills.
