*Basic Functions include:*
– Performing initial interviews and assessments
– Providing ongoing evaluations through bio-psychosocial data collection
– Demonstrating current professional competencies in chemical dependency
– Consulting with leadership and therapists
– Possessing knowledge of treatment modalities and working with diverse populations

*Primary Therapist Qualifications:*
– Master’s Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field with two years’ therapy experience
– Valid Washington State licensure; Oregon licensure preferred for expansion
– Confidentiality and drug-free workplace required
– Strong communication skills
– Certifications: LMHP, LICSW, MFT

*Additional Details:*
– Full-time position with salary range of $60,000–$90,000
