Job Description

Seeking a full-time Primary Therapist to provide person-centered addiction treatment in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations using bio-psychosocial data.
  • Collaborate with leadership, medical staff, and therapists to develop treatment plans.
  • Demonstrate current professional competencies in chemical dependency care.
  • Work with diverse client populations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Services/Sciences or related field, two years of therapy experience, and active licensure (LMHP, LICSW, MFT). Oregon licensure is a plus for growth.
