Job Description
Seeking a full-time Primary Therapist to provide person-centered addiction treatment in a safe, supportive environment.
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations using bio-psychosocial data. Collaborate with leadership, medical staff, and therapists to develop treatment plans. Demonstrate current professional competencies in chemical dependency care. Work with diverse client populations and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Services/Sciences or related field, two years of therapy experience, and active licensure (LMHP, LICSW, MFT). Oregon licensure is a plus for growth.
