Job Description
We are seeking a Full-time Primary Therapist to provide person-centered addiction treatment in a safe, serene environment.
Performs initial interviews and ongoing assessments using bio-psychosocial information. Collaborates with leadership, medical staff, and therapists to ensure quality care. Maintains current knowledge of treatment modalities and works with diverse populations. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field, with at least two years of therapy experience, and appropriate licensure (LMHP, LICSW, MFT). Licenses in Oregon a plus. Maintains confidentiality, adheres to drug-free policies, and demonstrates strong communication skills. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, on-call; work is in person.
