Seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider to deliver trauma-informed, integrated care for underserved adults in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities include providing primary, urgent, and addiction medicine, supporting Medication Supported Recovery, and managing hepatitis C treatment within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications: 2+ years of primary care experience, licensure in Oregon, and skills in mental health or addiction medicine preferred. Bilingual abilities and experience with hepatitis C or wound care are a plus.
