Internal Medicine Physician

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Victorville, San Jacinto, or Rancho Mirage, CA.

Provide patient-centered care focusing on acute and chronic pain management using our transdisciplinary biopsychosocial model.

Collaborate with behavioral health, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, and dietary professionals.

Educate patients and families on lifestyle and disease management.

Supervise mid-level providers and support staff, maintain detailed medical records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Meet productivity and performance standards, participate in after-hours calls, and attend relevant meetings and training.

Qualifications: Current CA MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, valid Controlled Substance Registration, CPR certification, pain management experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: $250k-$300k salary, 6 weeks’ vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, 401k, life insurance.

Schedule & Location: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with weekend on-call rotation; in-person work at designated location.
