*MD365*, an affiliate of Brookhaven Heart, is a comprehensive primary and specialty care practice. We are currently seeking a *Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine *to join our team, providing out-patient care at our *Ronkonkoma *office location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive out-patient environment.

*Base Salary is commensurate with skills and experience*
