Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to provide counseling and support to individuals in a detox facility.

  • Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions such as CBT and MI.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Stay informed on current best practices in substance abuse treatment.

    • Requirements include a relevant degree, certification/licensure, experience in substance abuse counseling, knowledge of behavioral therapies, and strong communication skills. Relocation to Las Vegas, NM is required.
