Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor – Detox Center

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to provide support in a detox facility.

Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based techniques like CBT and MI.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.

Stay current with industry research and best practices.

Requirements include a degree in Behavioral Health or related field, relevant licensure, counseling experience, and strong communication skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team, understand co-occurring disorders, and relocate to Las Vegas, NM.
