Job Description

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients of all ages, including children.

Responsibilities include conducting individual, family, and marital therapies, crisis intervention, and emergency services. The role involves collaborating with therapy teams, maintaining detailed case records, educating patients and families, and liaising with community resources. Documentation must adhere to organizational standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field and licensure such as LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW in Iowa. Some travel may be required.
