Job Description

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients from children onward.

  • Offer individual, family, and marital therapies, including crisis intervention and emergency services.
  • Collaborate with team members, community agencies, and families to ensure effective care.
  • Maintain detailed records, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards.
  • Provide education and support to help patients adapt to their diagnoses and treatments.
  • Some travel may be required.

    Qualifications: Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field, with LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW licensure in Iowa.
