Job Description

Licensed Counselor needed to provide addiction treatment services in an opioid treatment center.
Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and coordinating with community agencies.
Must hold a valid LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license for Oklahoma or be registered and under supervision.
Job requires maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentiality, and participating in treatment teams and professional development.
Physical duties involve sitting, occasional lifting, and reaching.
Must demonstrate high alertness, attention to detail, and follow instructions accurately.
