This PRN Trauma Surgery APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) supports trauma care through a collaborative agreement with physicians, focusing on role clarity, privileges, and documentation.

  • Requires Master’s in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Preferred two years of experience as an NP or PA.
  • Must hold Virginia licensure, NCCPA certification, BLS required, ACLS preferred for PAs.
  • Responsibilities include supporting medical activities, quality standards, and compliance within a highly collegial environment.
