Offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (restrictions apply).

  • CDL Rear Load Drivers service customers by collecting waste/recycling, operating various trucks, and maneuvering in congested areas.
  • Tasks include lifting 40-50 lbs containers up to 500 times daily, working in all weather conditions.
  • Responsibilities include safe truck operation, waste removal, container delivery/placement, spill cleanup, route/log updates, and vehicle inspections.
  • Must have a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and be at least 19 years old.
  • Requires physical stamina, excellent driving skills, map reading ability, and good communication.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, have no recent DUIs, and be flexible with working hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferred experience in waste industry and high school diploma or equivalent.
