Job Description

We are experiencing growth due to high patient satisfaction and outcomes, and are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team.

  • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, including all OASIS time points.
  • Assist in developing and implementing patient-specific care plans.
  • Deliver interventions to improve speech, swallowing, and cognitive functions.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings, staff in-services, and document visits promptly.
  • Maintain weekly communication with the care team.
    Work involves traveling within Worcester, Norfolk, Bristol, and Middlesex counties, servicing towns such as Worcester, Framingham, Natick, and Holden.
    Pay ranges from $75.00 to $100.00 per visit, with admin time paid at $38.00/hour, and mileage reimbursed at IRS rates.
