Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking passionate Palliative Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding team, providing care in long-term care facilities, ALFs, and hospitals.

Position Details:

• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Competitive pay ranging from $52.00 to $78.00 per hour
• In-person work with no remote options

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address short- and long-term geriatric patient care needs, recommending appropriate options
• Assess patient health through interviews, physical exams, and review of medical histories
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in records

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure
