This Advanced Practice Provider role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, communicating with staff and physicians, and documenting visits efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care and coordinate treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and physicians
• Conduct patient rounds and facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and manage billing documentation
• Adhere to organizational policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or hospitalist settings
• Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification required
