Seeking a Physician for a methadone maintenance program at an OTP clinic.
Responsibilities include patient care, medical evaluation, establishing dosing levels, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Essential duties involve managing clinic physicians and extenders, implementing medical policies, assisting with regulatory processes, and maintaining documentation.
The role requires participation in training, reporting, and continuous policy improvement, along with interaction with regulatory agencies.
Qualifications include at least one year of addiction medicine experience, current licensure, and DEA registration.
Physical demands involve sitting, occasional lifting, and reaching; mental demands include alertness, accuracy, independent judgment, and adherence to instructions.
Must be present during working hours and capable of handling stressful situations with high attention to detail.
