Job Description
Assists with routine patient care activities under supervision in a cardiac care unit specializing in post-surgical and medical-surgical patients.
Performs clerical, organizational, and supportive patient-focused tasks, including admissions, discharges, and room preparations.
Ensures patient safety, maintains confidentiality, and responds promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies.
Manages supplies, equipment, and unit errands to support efficient workflow.
Communicates effectively with team members and responds to patient call lights and phone calls.
Adapts care to meet individual patient needs, demonstrating competence in basic patient care tasks.
Requires a high school diploma, CNA license, BLS certification, and 1+ year of relevant experience.
Works full-time 12-hour night shifts from 6PM to 6AM.
