    The CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) provides high-quality routine care to tenants, assisting with activities of daily living under supervision and following care plans, standards, and tenants’ rights.

  • They apply basic nursing, personal care, and restorative skills while addressing mental health and social needs, especially for cognitively impaired tenants.
  • The role promotes tenants’ independence and well-being as part of an interdisciplinary team.

    Qualifications include

  • current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry,
  • proficiency in English.
    Candidates with TMA certification may work designated hours and earn shift differentials.
