What You’ll Do

* Provide *individual psychotherapy and counseling* to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
* Conduct *psychological assessments* and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
* Refer patients to *psychiatric medication management* when appropriate
* Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and facility staff through regular communication
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What You’ll Need

* Active *Florida LMHC* or *LMFT* license (required)
* Ability to pass *Level II background* and *drug panel* screenings
* *Three professional references* (LMFT, PsyD, or PhD preferred)
* Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
* A *compassionate, patient-centered* approach to care

Your Schedule

* Monday–Friday, daytime hours
* Work performed *on-site* in nursing homes and assisted living facilities (not remote)
