As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide competent patient care in a hospital setting, coordinating and implementing the nursing process under supervision.

Responsibilities include

  • participating in patient and staff education, assessing learning needs, and promoting health literacy;
  • evaluating care outcomes and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care;
  • delivering complex patient care, utilizing standards and policies, and prioritizing patient needs;
  • demonstrating leadership by setting professional goals, supporting team collaboration, and participating in performance improvement;
  • conducting comprehensive patient assessments, planning care with families, and addressing cultural considerations;
  • and
  • engaging with current research to enhance practice.

    Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a North Carolina RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time night position is onsite, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse communities.
