Job Description

We are seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations at our Montgomery facility.

Supervise and coordinate weekend nursing teams

Mentor staff to deliver high-quality care

Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations

Foster a positive, team-focused work environment

Address challenges with sound judgment

Qualifications: Active Alabama RN license, clinical expertise, leadership experience preferred, strong communication and decision-making skills.
