Job Description
This position involves providing direct patient care and support within a therapy department to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
Evaluates and treats patients, develops treatment plans, and communicates progress to families and interdisciplinary teams.
Documents services accurately, manages billing, and ensures compliance with regulations.
Participates in team conferences, collaborates with staff, and educates patients and families.
Supports professional development through continuing education and peer interactions.
Maintains a positive, safe, and professional work environment by practicing safety protocols and demonstrating core values.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid license. The role is full-time, pays $58-$62/hr, and includes health benefits.
