Primary Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a Primary Therapist (associate or fully licensed) to join a supportive women-only treatment center in Novato, CA.

Responsibilities include managing client caseloads, facilitating groups, providing individual therapy, and collaborating with staff to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree with associate or full licensure (AMFT, LCSW, APCC, LPCC); interns welcome
• Experience in residential/outpatient substance abuse or mental health treatment
• Proficiency in CBT and/or DBT; knowledge of holistic modalities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse clients aged 18-65
• California licensing and certification knowledge
