Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist *Afterschool Caseload* (PRN) – Cleveland, Texas

Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN, home-based role in Cleveland’s North Houston division.

Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, creating home exercise programs, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.

Must complete 6-8 patient visits weekly (4 patients), with availability from 3:30-6:30pm. Accurate documentation and adherence to all policies, regulations, and ethical standards are essential.

Requirements include an active Texas SLP license, reliability, flexibility, and proficiency with basic technology.

Bonus points for 3+ years pediatric experience, home-health background, feeding therapy certifications, or bilingual skills.
