Job Description

We provide comprehensive behavioral health services focused on education, advocacy, and system integration to support holistic care regardless of payer source or ability to pay.

Positions: Therapist I & II, reporting to the Clinical Director or Assistant.

*Therapist I:* Requires a Master’s degree, current Counselor Associate licensure, and minimal experience.

*Therapist II:* Requires a Master’s degree and an independent clinical license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Therapists deliver clinical services to individuals and groups, including those with serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, or substance abuse issues.

Minimum requirements include a Master’s in a related field, counseling experience, eligibility for licensure, strong organizational and collaboration skills, and adherence to professional standards.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $61,464 – $89,896 annually, with benefits like health insurance, paid time off, professional development, and retirement plans.

Location is in Port Townsend, WA, with in-person work required.
