Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Anesthesiologist & Division Chief to lead our Pediatric Anesthesia team in Chapel Hill, NC.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical anesthesia services for pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality care, and managing division operations.

  • Provide expert anesthesia care for a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with clinical staff and trainees.
  • Develop and implement division policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental planning, research, and educational activities.
  • Maintain excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams and families.
