*What You’ll Do*

As a Pediatric SLP, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders in a play-based, developmentally appropriate setting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Treat children with speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing impairments
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow therapists
* Track and document progress toward therapy goals
* Provide family education and home practice strategies

*What We’re Looking For*

* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active California SLP license (Required)
* CCC-SLP or RPE status (Required)
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Telehealth experience is a plus
* Energetic, optimistic, and organized professional with strong time management skills
