Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Neonatology Physician to provide specialized care for newborns in San Fernando, California.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess and manage critically ill neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Perform procedures such as intubation, lumbar punctures, and ventilator management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate families about newborn health and care
