Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Women’s Services / Full-time

Job Description

The Clinical Manager in Women’s Services oversees clinical operations, collaborates with leadership and medical staff to develop quality care and educational programs, and ensures high patient and provider satisfaction.

Requirements include a nursing degree (BSN preferred), current RN license in New Mexico, BLS, and relevant certifications.

Key skills involve strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in team collaboration and working with physicians.

Minimum five years of clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics and two years of management experience are required.

The role reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and involves working in a clean, well-lit environment. It requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
