Job Description
The Clinical Manager in Women’s Services oversees clinical operations, collaborates with leadership and medical staff to develop quality care programs, and enhances patient and provider satisfaction.
Requires RN license (BSN preferred), BLS, and relevant certifications.
Minimum 5 years in women’s services or Pediatrics, with 2+ years in management.
Strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in interdisciplinary team facilitation and working with physicians.
Responsible to the Chief Nurse Executive, working in a clean, safe environment.
Physical and emotional resilience for variable hours, emergencies, and professional stress.
