Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Women’s Services, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and patient/provider satisfaction.
Requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred, and current certifications such as BLS; national certification is a plus.
Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in team collaboration and working with medical staff.
Minimum of 5 years in women’s services or pediatrics, plus 2 years of management experience.
Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and works in a clean, ventilated environment, handling stressful situations and flexible hours.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage teams, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
