Seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Tullahoma, TN.

  • Work weekdays, daytime hours, no evenings or weekends.
  • Back-up call coverage provided via telehealth, with oversight of hospital transfers.
  • Perform assessments, diagnose, manage conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with staff, educate patients and families, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree, active Tennessee license, and certification.
