The Psychiatrist 3 role offers overall clinical and administrative leadership for a major treatment unit at a psychiatric center.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing patient treatment programs tailored to individual needs.

Supervises medical staff including psychiatrists, physicians, and nurses, ensuring quality care.

Performs case reviews, provides direct patient care, and offers expert advice to staff.

Analyzes data to improve medication management and treatment outcomes.

Requires NY State medical license, ABPN certification, and at least two years of post-board experience, including supervisory roles.

Leadership and clinical excellence experience preferred.

Full-time position with benefits, based in Buffalo, NY, with in-person work and relocation required.

Compensation is $313,574 annually.

Employment contingent on maintaining licensure, registration, and federal/state program eligibility.
