Job Description

We are a growing company passionate about wound care, positivity, and patient outcomes, seeking a Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner in the Portland, OR area.

  • Must have wound care experience, strong communication skills, and at least one year as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Prior primary care or wound care experience is a plus; certification in wound care is encouraged.
  • Responsibilities include consulting with diagnostic results, reviewing patient histories, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Requires travel in personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) to see patients at home; scheduled hours with no weekend shifts. Full-time position offering up to $180,000/year, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
  • Must be certified (ANP, FNP, etc.), with certifications like WCC, CWON, or CWS preferred. The role demands independence, compassion, and excellent problem-solving skills.
